At Amandi, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind about your order, you may be entitled to return it under the conditions below.
1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Under applicable French consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without having to provide a reason.
For orders containing several products delivered separately, the 14-day period begins on the date the last product is received.

Please include your order number and clearly state that you wish to return your purchase.
You may also use the model withdrawal form provided in our Terms of Sale, although its use is not mandatory.
2. Returning Your Order
Once you have notified us of your decision to withdraw, you have a further 14 days to send the product back to us.
The customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.
Please contact us before sending your return so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions and address.
Products should be returned securely packaged and in a condition that allows us to verify their nature, characteristics and condition.
Customers may handle the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Amandi may be entitled to deduct from the refund any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary.
3. Refunds
Once your return has been received, Amandi will process the refund in accordance with applicable law.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed with you.
Where legally applicable, the refund will include the standard delivery cost originally paid for the order. Any additional cost resulting from the customer’s choice of a more expensive delivery method will not be refunded.
Amandi may delay the refund until we have received the returned product or until you provide proof that the product has been shipped back, whichever occurs first.
4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective or does not correspond to the product you ordered, please contact us at hello@amandi.fr as soon as possible.
Please provide your order number and, where possible, photographs of the product and its packaging.
This does not affect your statutory rights under the applicable legal guarantees.
5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply where an exception provided by applicable law applies.
For example, products made according to a customer’s specific requirements or clearly personalized at the customer’s request may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where the legal conditions for such an exception are met.
Any applicable exclusion will be clearly indicated to the customer before the order is placed.
