TERMS & CONDITIONS

Last updated: August 13, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the sale of products offered on amandi.fr (the “Website”).

By placing an order on the Website, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.

Amandi sells jewelry, including bracelets and related accessories.

2. PRODUCTS

The products available for purchase are those displayed on the Website, subject to availability or to the quantities offered as part of a pre-order.

Each product is accompanied by a description setting out its main characteristics, including materials, dimensions, colors and any particular features.

Product photographs are intended to illustrate the products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color may appear depending on the customer’s screen or device.

As the jewelry may be handmade and/or assembled by hand, slight variations may occur between individual pieces. Such variations do not constitute a defect where they are consistent with the product description.

3. PRE-ORDERS

Certain Amandi products may be offered exclusively as pre-orders.

When a product is available for pre-order, the estimated shipping date or period is clearly stated on the product page before the customer places an order.

From the shipping date stated on the product page, Amandi will generally prepare and hand the order to the carrier within 2 business days.

The shipping date does not necessarily correspond to the delivery date. Transit times depend on the destination country and the carrier selected.

If there is a significant change to the announced shipping date, Amandi will inform the customer as soon as reasonably possible.

4. PRICES

Prices are displayed in euros (€) on the Website.

The applicable price is the price displayed at the time the order is confirmed.

Shipping costs are shown separately before the order is finally confirmed.

For international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees or other charges may apply depending on the destination country. Where such charges are not included in the prices or shipping costs displayed on the Website, they are the responsibility of the customer.

5. ORDERS

The customer selects the products they wish to purchase and adds them to their shopping cart.

Before completing the order, the customer may review and modify the selected products and delivery information.

An order is considered final once payment has been successfully confirmed.

By confirming an order, the customer accepts these Terms.

Amandi will send an electronic order confirmation to the email address provided by the customer.

Amandi reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason, including suspected fraud or a payment issue.

6. PAYMENT

Payment is made online using the payment methods offered through Shopify Payments at the time of purchase.

The customer confirms that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Payment is due at the time the order is placed, including for products offered as pre-orders.

Payment information is processed securely by the relevant payment service providers. Amandi does not have access to the customer’s full payment card details.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Amandi ships to France and internationally, subject to any applicable restrictions in certain countries.

Available shipping methods and shipping costs are displayed before the order is confirmed.

For pre-orders, the estimated shipping date or period is stated on the product page. From that date, Amandi will generally prepare the order within 2 business days.

Transit times are then determined by the carrier and may vary depending on the destination country.

Amandi is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities, without prejudice to the consumer’s statutory rights.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

If an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer results in a new shipment being required, any additional shipping costs may be charged to the customer where the error is attributable to them.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Under applicable French consumer law, consumers have a 14-day period from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason.

Where an order consists of several products delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins when the last product is received.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Amandi of their decision before the 14-day period expires by email at:

hello@amandi.fr

The customer may use the model withdrawal form provided with these Terms, but is not required to do so. Any clear statement expressing the decision to withdraw is sufficient.

After notifying Amandi of their decision to withdraw, the customer has a further 14 days to return the product.

The direct cost of returning the product is the customer’s responsibility.

The product must be returned in a condition that allows it to be resold, subject to any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

Amandi will issue the refund in accordance with applicable law, including the standard initial delivery costs paid by the customer where legally refundable.

Amandi may delay the refund until the product has been received or until the customer provides proof that the product has been shipped back, whichever occurs first.

9. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply in circumstances where an exception is provided by law.

Where a product is made according to the customer’s specifications or is clearly personalized at the customer’s request, the right of withdrawal may be excluded in accordance with applicable French consumer law.

Any exclusion of the right of withdrawal will be clearly communicated to the customer before the order is confirmed.

10. RETURNS & REFUNDS

All return requests must be sent to hello@amandi.fr.

Returns made under the right of withdrawal must be sent to the return address provided by Amandi after the customer’s withdrawal request has been received.

Products must be adequately protected during return shipping.

Amandi is not responsible for damage occurring during return transportation when the return is arranged by the customer.

Refunds will be made using the payment method originally used for the order, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

11. DAMAGED OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS

If a product arrives damaged, defective or does not correspond to the product ordered, the customer should contact Amandi as soon as possible at hello@amandi.fr, providing their order number and, where useful, photographs of the product and its packaging.

This procedure allows Amandi to process the request efficiently and does not limit the customer’s statutory rights under applicable legal guarantees.

12. LEGAL WARRANTIES

Products sold by Amandi are covered by the applicable statutory warranties, including:

  • the statutory legal guarantee of conformity, under Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code; and
  • the statutory warranty against hidden defects, under Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.

These statutory warranties apply independently of any additional commercial warranty that Amandi may offer.

Legal guarantee of conformity

Consumers have a period of two years from delivery of the product to bring a claim for lack of conformity, under the conditions provided by law.

Where the statutory requirements are met, the consumer may request repair or replacement of the product or, under the conditions provided by law, a price reduction or cancellation of the contract.

Warranty against hidden defects

Consumers may also rely on the statutory warranty against hidden defects under Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.

13. COMPLAINTS

For any complaint, the customer should first contact Amandi at:

hello@amandi.fr

Amandi will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints directly and amicably.

If the dispute cannot be resolved directly, the consumer may, subject to the applicable conditions, refer the matter to the consumer mediator appointed by Amandi.

The details of Amandi’s appointed consumer mediator will be provided in these Terms and on the Website once the mediation agreement has been finalized.

14. CONSUMER MEDIATION

In accordance with French consumer law, Amandi provides consumers with access to a consumer mediation scheme.

Once Amandi’s mediation agreement has been finalized, the mediator’s name, contact details and relevant procedures will be displayed here.

The consumer may refer a dispute to the mediator after first submitting a written complaint to Amandi and where the conditions for consumer mediation are met.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements of the Website, including but not limited to photographs, text, graphics, logos, designs, product names, illustrations and visual identity, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless expressly authorized by Amandi, no part of the Website or its content may be reproduced, distributed, modified or used for commercial purposes.

The Amandi name, logo and brand identity may not be used without prior written authorization.

16. PERSONAL DATA

Amandi processes customers’ personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Information regarding the collection, use, storage and protection of personal data is provided in Amandi’s Privacy Policy, available on the Website.

17. FORCE MAJEURE

Amandi shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations resulting from an event beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, government measures, war, pandemics, supply-chain disruptions or failures affecting third-party service providers.

Where such an event affects an order, Amandi will inform the customer as soon as reasonably possible.

18. APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms are governed by French law.

For consumers residing in the European Union, this choice of law does not deprive them of the mandatory protections granted to them under the laws of their country of residence where such protections apply.

In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek to resolve the matter amicably.

Where an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the competent courts will be determined in accordance with applicable mandatory consumer protection rules.
